The first Christmas night was filled with a string of unanticipated events.

That first Christmas night was filled with a string of unanticipated events.

An unanticipated pregnancy followed by an unanticipated journey.

An unanticipated occupancy rate followed by an unanticipated manger.

An unanticipated star providing unanticipated guidance.

But God anticipated all of it.

And made it Holy.

Our lives, too, are filled with strings of unanticipated events.

Our inconvenient journeys we felt forced into,

Our inns of rejection,

Our stables of solitude,

Our mangers of discomfort,

He knows it all and is ready to orchestrate it for our good.

The unexpected brought Christ to this Earth and can bring Him into our lives as well.

Merry Christmas, friends. 🎄 ✨
