Where we reach out to Him, He creates space.

“climbing mountains with children” by Caitlin Connolly

I love that Joseph’s first Heavenly messengers came in a sacred, secluded spot, but his next one came in an overcrowded bedroom.

This fact brings me so much peace, because some days it feels impossible to find a grove. But an overcrowded room? I can easily find one of those.

A situation doesn’t need to be ideal for God to be revealed.

Yes. God meets people on top of mountains.

But he also meets us crushed under a mountain.

Or beside a mountain of laundry.

Where we reach out to Him, He creates space.

And those spaces become sacred.

Whether it is an overcrowded bedroom or a grove.
